Today’s Kale Report

I haven’t had any kale today yet, but I’m sure that will change soon. Last night, we had delicious steamed kale with garlic, olive oil, and lemo, a la Bonnie. The kale accompanied a stellar array of food – Whole Foods roast sliced turkey, home-cooked turkey gravy, lard from a Pennsylvania Dutch farm, and crudités of celery sticks, fennel, sliced radishes, and stuffed green olives.
